Just a quick update. I have successfully completed my first week of the challenge and I am feeling pretty good. Nothing has been to hard yet. The 80 squats today was a bit challenging but i made it through. I think it may have been from the fact that I just wasnt feeling to great this morning. Looking forward to tommorows reps!!
